Read this first: Covenly is an entertainment app. Every reading is generated by artificial intelligence and is fictional. It is not a prediction, diagnosis, or professional advice. Do not base medical, legal, financial, investment, or personal decisions on it — consult a qualified professional instead.

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms govern use of the Covenly / Cadı AI mobile application (the "App") provided by the developer of Cadı AI / Covenly ("Developer", "we") by any person using it ("User", "you"). By downloading, creating an account, or using the App you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

The App provides AI-generated interpretive texts across coffee cup reading, palm reading, tarot, dream interpretation, astrology, and numerology, based on images you upload or information you enter. It also includes a daily horoscope, a wheel of fortune, and a referral programme.

Readings are produced automatically. No real fortune teller, psychic, or advisor is involved at any stage. We make no representation that any reading is accurate, consistent, or will come true.

3. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 12 and above. If you are under 18, you must use it with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. Paid transactions require parental or guardian consent.

4. Accounts and Security

Accounts may be created with an email and password, or with your Google or Apple account.
For email sign-up, a six-digit code is sent to verify your address. No account is created until the code is verified.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account.
Only one account per device may be created. Creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure.
We may restrict access to an account or device where we detect policy violation, abuse, or fraud.

5. Credits

Credits are an in-app virtual unit spent to receive readings. The credit cost of each reading type is shown in the App.
Credits may be earned free of charge (welcome bonus, daily reward, wheel of fortune, referrals) or purchased in-app.
Credits have no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or moved between accounts.
Purchased credits are consumed digital content and are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant store (Apple App Store / Google Play).
If your account is closed, remaining credits are forfeited without refund.

6. Subscriptions

A subscription grants a periodic reading allowance for as long as it is active (for example, a set number of readings per day). The allowance does not accumulate; unused readings do not carry over.
Subscriptions do not add credits to your balance. Premium reader surcharges, and express delivery where not covered by your plan, are deducted from credits.
The price, duration, renewal frequency, and scope of each plan are shown clearly on the purchase screen before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged the same amount and the subscription renewed.
Cancellation is managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is given for unused allowance within a period.
When a subscription ends, the reading allowance ends with it. Your credit balance is unaffected.

7. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The Developer never receives or stores your card or bank details. Prices vary by country and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice; changes to existing subscriptions follow the relevant store's rules.

Refunds are assessed by the store where the purchase was made, not by the Developer.

7/A. What You Are Paying For

When you purchase credits or a subscription, what you pay for is access to AI-generated entertainment content. The payment is not in exchange for a prediction coming true, an event being correctly foreseen, or any outcome being achieved. The App makes no promise of any result and no representation that a reading will come true.

7/B. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/ğ, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly. Because credits are added to your account at the moment of purchase and subscription allowance becomes usable immediately, no right of withdrawal applies to these products. By confirming a purchase you request immediate performance and accept that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

This does not affect your consumer rights in case of defective service, nor requests under the refund policy of the relevant store (Apple / Google).

8. User Content and Prohibited Use

Images you upload and text you enter ("User Content") remain yours. We process them solely to generate a reading for you.

The following are prohibited:

Uploading images belonging to others without permission;
Submitting obscene, violent, hateful, or unlawful content;
Using the App with automated tools, bots, or scripts;
Attempting to bypass security measures, reverse engineer, or manipulate the system;
Using fake accounts, fake referrals, or similar methods to obtain free credits.

9. Intellectual Property

The App's design, interface, artwork, tarot illustrations, sigils, and software belong to the Developer. You may use and share readings generated for you for personal purposes; you may not reproduce or resell them commercially.

10. Sharing a Reading

If you choose to share a reading, a public link is created and anyone with that link can view the text. The link contains no identifying information about you. Sharing is always initiated by you.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete account). After a deletion request, your account and associated data are permanently removed. Remaining credits and subscription allowance are not refunded. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it via the App Store or Google Play to stop billing.

12. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Features may be changed or removed without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". The Developer gives no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose of the content provided, and is not liable for decisions you make in reliance on it or their consequences. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid within the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified in-app of material changes. The current version is always published on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
